End users may report that messages containing doclinks sent natively from Notes to Exchange do not get delivered properly. The doclinks are stripped and a plain text placeholder is shown.
This issue is caused due to native message handling in Notes. It is important to note that Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange is not responsible for native message handling.
To resolve this issue, open the server configuration settings document in Domino Admin. Then browse to the MIME tab and select the Conversion Options tab. Then under the Outbound tab, change the Message Content value from "Notes to Plain text" to "Notes to Plain Text and HTML".
