What rights does a user need to manage Active Administrator?
To use Active Administrator, a user must hold administrative rights on both the local system and the domain, and be a member of the AA_Admin database access group, which is created during the installation process.
To give users or groups access to manage only certain modules within the Active Administrator console, follow the steps below:
Launch the Active Administrator console with an account that has Full Control access.
Expand "Configuration"
Expand "Role Based Access".
Click "New".
Select the User or Group.
Select which modules the user or group should have access to manage.
Note: These permissions are only for managing the modules. The user or group must have rights within Active Directory to perform the functions provided by the different modules.
