How can users move deleted messages to different folders in the Archive Manager website?

Cause
Users wish to move messages from one folder to another in the Archive Manager website, but the message(s) has been deleted in Exchange.

Resolution
Use the Offline Client to synchronise the full contents of the users mailbox to a local PST. Drag the message that the user needs to move from the Offline Client folder to the required destination folder in the users Exchange mailbox.
When the ESM service next processes the mailbox, it will see the mail in the new folder location, update the locacation of the message in the database and the message will now be visible in this folder in the AM website.
