Windows Mobile Devices reports are empty.
When generating any of the Windows Mobile Devices reports the message:
"No matching records found"
is displayed
WORKAROUND
1. Ensure there are no gatherings running
2. Stop the Quest MessageStats scheduler service and close the MessageStats console
3. Delete or rename the GSC.xml file located by default in C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\MessageStats
4. Manually register the DLLs in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\MessageStats\Report Packs\Windows Mobile
using the command regsvr32 Filename.dll
(only need to register the DLL files starting with qms)
(it is possible that the message that some of the DLLs are not registered successfully)
4. Start the service and launch again the console. This will recreate the GSC.xml file
5. Uninstall and reinstall the Report pack
