After creating Custom Mailbox user is not able to right-click on the newly created Custom Mailbox to create subfolders, etc.
STATUS
This is a defect in Archive Manager. Defect ID TF00263397 has been raised and a fix is expected in a future release of Archive Manager
WORKAROUND
Along with the 'Add/Edit Custom Mailboxes' security action the 'Delegate Mailbox' security must also be added to the User Security Role.
Please note that for Archive Manager 4.6 the 'Delegate Mailbox' security action is not available and therefore hotfix for SOL 91237 (https://support.quest.com/SolutionDetail.aspx?id=SOL91237) should be installed.
Archive Manager 4.6.1 or later includes the 'Delegate Mailbox' security action and there is not need to install the above mentioned Hotfix.
After ensuring the 'Delegate Mailbox' security action is available follow these steps:
1. In Archive Manager Web Administration site, click on 'Security Roles' in the left pane
2. If the requirement is for all Users to have this functionality then edit the Properties of the 'User' Security Role. If however this security action is required only for specific users then a new Security Role can be created.
3. Tick the box next to 'Delegate Mailbox' security action and click on 'Add Selection' button
4. Users will now have the ability of right-clicking on the Custom Mailboxes
