Description
- PFSA stops working, the last line in the log is similar to:
9/14/2011 9:45:02 PM CSession::Logon TraceMsg 4800 Logging on to the mailbox '/o=Org/ou=OU/cn=Recipients/cn=ServiceMailbox' (Server: 'Server', user: 'Domain\ServiceAccount')
- PFSyncX / QMMPFMatch.exe is also used in the environment
- The Event Viewer shows Event ID 26 (Source: Application Popup)

Cause
As per QMMPFMatch.exe documentation:
If QMM Public Folders agents are installed on the same Exchange server, they should not be run at the same time as the matching utility.

Resolution
Make sure that PF agent is not running at the same time as PFSyncX / QMMPFMatch.exe.
