Can an Archive Manager utillity like the Exchange Utility be used to remove the ArchiveManager folder in Outlook for all users?
Resolution

STATUS
This is not currently feasible. Enhancement Request TF00209065 has been created for this feature to be consisered for inclusion in a future release of Archive Manager.
WORKAROUND
Manually delete the ArchiveManager folder in Outlook or implement a Group Policy to address this
