The following error occurs when stopping Quest server Agent:
QSA failed to stop: QSA-20314 Active jobs in progress
1. Wait and ensure until all scripts have completed or have been cancelled before stopping QSA.
2. Go to $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin, and edit SQLNET.ORA file.
Add BEQUEATH_DETACH=YES parameter and save file.
