I cannot see the right hand side (RHS) pane of the Schema Browser. It is hidden. -
Description
I cannot view the right hand side (RHS) pane of the Schema Browser. It is hidden.
I can see the context menu to Hide RHS, but the selection to Unhide RHS is unavailable.
There is no vertical splitter present to drag either. -
Cause
Corrupt Toad.ini file.

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1
If Schema Browser is fully maximized there may be no vertical scroll bar to right click an select Show RHS.
Restore window to display vertical scroll bar and to Right-Click and select Show RHS.
Or alternatively and simply, Right-Click in the tab's icon bar and select Show RHS.You can also use the F12 key to toggle the right hand side to show or hide.
RESOLUTION 21 Close Toad.
2. Locate the USER FILES folder from one of the two locations:
In versions 9.7 and above:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\(version)\User Files
In versions 9.6 and below, it is located in Toads installed path. For example:
C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\User Files
3. Rename the configuration file, Toad.ini to Toad.ini.bak
4. Launch Toad for Oracle. A new default settings Toad.ini file will created.
5. When prompted to implement default settings, accept Yes.
