Error:Archive Manager server returned an error: 503, Service Unavailable when opening a stripped message in Outlook.
Internet Explorer is attempting to go to the Archive Manager website through a proxy server.
Ensure the archive manager website is included in the Exceptions of the Internet Explorer proxy settings:
- Launch Internet Explorer
- Tools menu | Internet Options | Connections tab
- Click on Lan Settings
- In Proxy server section click on Advanced button
- in the Exceptions section type the Archive Manager website
- Click OK 3 times to come out of the Internet Options
- Exit from Outlook. Go back in and open a stripped message
