How can a backup of the Attachments and Messages under the Index folder in Archive Manager be generated?

This can be achieved using the -backup switch with the Archive Full Text Index service.
The steps to be performed are the following:
1. Stop the Archive Full Text Index Service
2. Open the command prompt. Change directory to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Archive Manager
3. Type the following command
Archive Full Text Index Service.exe -backup <path>
where <path> will be replaced by the folder you want the two zip files (Message.zip and Attachment.zip) to be generated.
4. Start again the Archive Full Text Index Service
