Unable to commit changes to a sync job, & error "server was not found in the database" is log (4261855)

Unable to commit changes to a sync job, and errors such as the following are logged in the EMWMigration.log:

22/12/2008 10:50:27 aeEMWCommit::CCollection::SaveToAgentDB2::Error: target server was not found in the database.
22/12/2008 10:50:27 aeEMWCommit::CCollection::SaveToAgentDB2::Error: source server was not found in the database.
22/12/2008 10:50:27 aeEMWCommit::CCollectionProp::Error in EMWDBCC::CRecordset::Update: 3201 - You cannot add or change a record because a related record is required in table 'Servers'.
22/12/2008 10:50:27 aeEMWCommit::CCollection::SaveToAgentDB2::Error: Cannot save the collection.

The database does not contain details of the server(s) involved in the sync job.

Carry out the following procedure to re-enumerate the relevant Exchange organisations:

1. Ensure all agents are stopped
2. Right-click "Source Exchange 200x Organizations" in the left-hand pane of the console
3. Select "Add Source Organization"
4. Complete the wizard to re-add the source org
5. Right-click "Target Exchange 200x Organizations" & complete the same process to re-add the target org

It's not necessary to delete the orgs from the database first. This procedure won't remove any settings, collections, jobs, etc. within the project.
