Use Notes Database Lookup
Input Translation: This option depends on the value you have set up in databases first column
If the first column is formatted to be firstname.last name then you would leave this set to None or Common Name
If the first column is formatted to be CN=User Name/O=Domain then you would set this to Canonical Name
Note: It is very important that the view in the database you are using to do your lookup has the column you want to look up as the first column

Output translate (leave blank for no translation): Leave this field blank
Server name: your notes server name
Database Path: the path to your NSF file relative to your data directory
View Name: the name of the view you want to use
Item Name: the column name you want to return for the mapping
Use Domino Directory Lookup
Note: This is almost identical to using Notes Database Lookup without choosing the database file
