How to clear cache just for one SID and not at the Database level? This would be useful when one changes a SQL and re-executes the SQL, true timings are returned (i.e., the data is not buffered) for tuning.
From the main menu, select Database | Monitor | SGA Trace/Optimization. On the RHS, select the "Flush the SGA" (toilet bowl) icon. In addition, one may click the Flush cache drop down button and select either Flush SGA or Flush Buffer Cache (Oracle 10g only).
