Toad is constantly disconnecting from the database. It will not hang on to the session. (4260989)

Can connect to the database, but every few minutes (like 2-5 minutes) seem to loose connection. Connect, run something one minute and try to run something else, but cannot.

ORA-12152: TNS: unable to send break message

This problem is happening to all users.

Some network/firewall security setting is ending the database connection.

Toad does not have any settings that would cause disconnections with the sessions/connections to the database.
There are Oracle and network settings that will automatically disconnect a session; therefore check with the SYS/Network Admin for any security settings that can be adjusted.
