Yes AS/400 officially supported in Toad for Data Analysts.

Additional Information
However, Toad for Data Analysts introduced a bug in version 2.5 which will be fixed in an upcoming patch.
The current workaround options are to use versions 2.1 or the 2.6 beta where the fix is already available.
