After running a OWA Successful Login Report, the report contains multiple 0 logons.
Why would a Successful Logon report included 0 logons as successful? -
Cause
There is one case where users will show up in successful logon report with 0 logons. The users with 0 logons will show up only if the user had an unsuccessful logon on that particular day.
