Stopped Agent Manager still visible on the "Agent Hosts" dashboard (4259809)

After stopping the Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) it still appears on the "Agent Hosts" dashboard.

In the server log file the following error can be found:

2014-04-14 12:53:44.671 ERROR   [http-0.0.0.0-8080-74] com.quest.glue.common.comms.HostStatus - The host [//1126731d-27ff-4d75-bec6-b734e2fe52d7] connected is a clone of host [//1126731d-27ff-4d75-bec6-b734e2fe52d7]. Connections from [/] will not be accepted and should be shutdown and reconfigured as a unique Agent Manager instance.

The FglAM is running on a VMWare which has been cloned. On the cloned VMWare the FglAM configuration has not been modified, so that it register with the same unique ID and name to the Folight Management Server.

Reconfigure the cloned FglAM by using the command: "$FGLAM_HOME/bin/fglam --configure":

1. Stop the FglAM that should be configured.
2. From the command-line run: "$FGLAM_HOME/bin/fglam --configure".
3. Review the information in the "Introduction" step and click "Next".
4. In the "Host Display Name" step, set the desired options and click "Next".
5. The "Update Client ID" step appears. This step allows to reset the unique identifier assigned to the FglAM. Change the ID if there is another FglAM with the same ID. Tick the "Yes, reset this client’s ID" check box and click "Next".
6. Continue to navigate through the remaining steps and when the "Summary" step appears, click "Finish".
7. Finally restart the FglAM.
