When the mailbox is synchronized in the Remote Users Collection, it is being repeatedly deleted and recreated by the Mail Target Agent. The following messages will be repeatedly logged in the Mail Target Agent log file:

2009/03/30 06:06:07 PM CMBMCopier::CopyMailbox TraceMsg 6134 Mailbox /o=Target_Organization/ou=Site/cn=Recipients/cn=mailbox was deleted from the target server. The attempt to copy the mailbox will be repeated during the next session.
If mailbox in question has been added to the Calendar Synchronization job as well and the Calendar Synchronization Agent had logged on to the target mailbox first, i.e. before the Mail Target Agent started logging on to it, it might keep logging on to the target mailbox, thus recreating it in the target information store.
Since the Mail Target Agent is designed to recreate a target mailbox for the matching purposes, it keeps deleting the mailbox that is constantly being recreated by the Calendar Synchronization Agent.
To resolve the issue, stop the Calendar Synchronization Agent and let the Mail Target Agent delete and recreate it once. After that the Calendar Synchronization Agent can be started again.
