For version 8.12 and earlier:
Uninstall the Opsmaster service by navigating to C:\Program Files\ScriptLogic\Opsmasterservice\Bin and executing the ServiceunInstall.bat file.
Once the batch file runs and completes please verify the service has been uninstalled via Start | Run | Services.msc. Verify that the Desktop Authority Opsmaster Service is not listed.
Reinstall the services by navigating to the Bin folder again and running the serviceinstall.bat file.
Once the batch file completes navigate back to Services.msc and enter the Domain Administrator credentials for the Opsmaster service and restart the service. The Desktop Authority console should now open.
