Mailboxes may not be updating in Archive Manager. When viewing the ESM logs for that mailbox you see ERROR: Session.ConfigureMsgService: MAPI error 8004011C.
The MAPI error 8004011C means unconfigured Mailbox. This has been known to happen in Migration Scenarios when the Mailbox has been Migrated but the user has not yet logged into Outlook.
Log on an a computer with MS Outlook installed and configure a profile for the Mailbox.
NOTE: Configuring the Outlook Profile on the Mailbox may not necessarily address the issue. You may have to move the mailbox off the current MailStore and move it back. The reason for this is unknown
