MSA (Mail Source Agent) accumulates .BUK and .PST files in the PST directory.

Cause
These files are usually left behind if the MSA is restarted (either manually or due to resource usage/disk space issues) while processing the source mailboxes. -
Resolution
These files can be safely deleted.
Should the issue the persist, make sure there is plenty of disk space on the MSA server and re-install the agent as per SOL25169: What is the right procedure to reinstall a Migration Manager for Exchange agent?
