Huge amount of "Handshake failure with health monitor, connection closed." in restarter.log -
Description
Getting the following error in the restarter.log file:

Cause
Related to the setup:
Server contain two network cards and two IPs / host names.
On the server are two Foglight server running, each bind to a one of the IPs and host name.
The restarter port is not bind to IP and host name

Resolution
Change the port of the restarter health check process to for one of the Foglight server:
- Go to $FMS_HOME/confg
- Find the file "restart_monitor.config" and "remote_monitor.config"
- Make a backup copy of both files
- Now open the files and change the parameter "health.monitor.port" parameter in both files. By default the parameter is set to 51231 and 51232. Change the ports for example to 51233 and 51234 (make sure those ports are not in use yet)
- Save the files
- Restart the Foglight server
