Description
Getting the error message below when trying to install Toad:
"The installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."

Cause
PC was unable to see the original install folder due to corrupt group policy files. -
Resolution
RESOLUTION 1:
Reboot your computer and then try again.
RESOLUTION 2:
Use the 'MSI (Special Installation Only)' file instead of the .EXE file to install Toad.
RESOLUTION 2:
Run 'Windows Update' and ensure you have all the High Priority and Important updates.
RESOLUTION 3:
Refresh Group Policy settings with GPUpdate.
