All rules disappeared from the Rule Managment dashboard -
Description
All rules disappeared from the Rule Management dashboard. Also the Rule Diagnostic dashboard is empty. In the log files the following error can be found:

Cause
A Foglight database problem when the rules were getting loaded. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Restart the Foglight Management Server
STATUS:
A change request has been created. CR number: FL

Additional Information
The error is handled not properly, by returning an empty list of rules. The rule list is getting saved in memory as "the list of rules", which is why all seemed to disappear and restarting Foglight refreshed them. In these situations the Foglight should simply not save the returned empty list, so that the next time the list is requested the FMS will try looking into the database again.
