Error Message - "A license cannot be found" (4258335)

Error:

The error code means that the application is not able to find any license file in the licensing folder.

Solution:

1. Check with customer on their erwin DM version and edition

2. Obtain MAC address from customer using the steps below.
    2.1. Run cmd.exe
    2.2. Type in: getmac -v
    2.3. Send the screenshot to ticket

3. Run License Generator
    3.1. Select DM Edition
    3.2. Enter Company name in "Company" field
    3.3. Enter CustID in "Site ID" field
    3.4. Enter MAC address from the screenshot that customer sent under "MAC Address" field
    3.5. Select the corresponding version in "Current Version" field

4. Once all fields have been entered, click on "Generate"

5. Send the newly generated license file to customer.
