The following error appears in the Mage agent log
"2014-06-26 05:57:44.9847 Px7EC Tx19 A129 C688 M61 Error An internal server error occurred. The operation failed. BFBBDF11A4E40E4BBA8A07A8254AC2990000029DCCD3"
Cause

This error is returned by Exchange 2013 or Office365 during the message copying. The message is marked as corrupted.
Resolution

No resolution is known at this time. Agent logic is to be enhanced in the near future to try migrating of such message several times before marking the message as “Failed”
