Notice "ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified" in the execution log -
Description
During a live reorg job, the following Oracle message is seen from the log file:
[2] 08/23 03:41:26 ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified
[2] 08/23 04:21:38 1589 retries occurred
What does this mean and how can it be prevented? -
