Is it possible to regather Lync Data that has previously been gathered after corrections have been made in the Lync CDR Database? -
Description
After Correcting issues with the Lync CDR Database is is possible to have MessageStats go back and regather the data, and replace flawed data in the reports? -
Cause
The Lync and OCS Server Report Pack for MessageStats gathers on a go forward basis only. It is not possible to regather previously gathered data. Even if the no data was gathered previously, so long as a gathering was run without errors, the data will not be regathered. -
Resolution
Workaround:
None
Status: Enhancement Request TF00453300 has been submitted to development for consideration in a future version of the MessageStats Report pack for Lync and OCS server.
