Flashback Recovery drilldown is disabled/greyed on the Spotlight homepage.

Cause
Flashback feature on the database is turned OFF.

Resolution
Run the following SQL statement on the monitored database to check if flashback is turned ON or OFF:
SELECT name, current_scn, flashback_on FROM v$database;
If the FLASHBACK_ON field is set to YES, flashback is turned ON; then consult Quest Technical Support for further assistance.
