Archive Manager does not re-strip messages that have had their attachments changed and saved (4257275)

When reconstructing a stripped/stubbed message in Outlook and saving changes to it's attachment, Archive Manager will not re-strip the changes to the attachment.

You may see that the message class stays as IPM.Note and does not get stripped again by the ESM service.

Since  Archive Manager does not support different versions of the same message, it will retain the original content and properties of the message and attachment in it's database.

Do not save changes made to attachments directly to Outlook. Save the attachment locally to the system before editing and saving it.
