We are manually, intentionally creating a native copy only backup file. Not done in LiteSpeed, scheduled twice a day. And then that copy only backup file gets overwritten. We should not need to keep those copy only backup files. They should not required to do a restore. Copy-only backups are just an optional good-to-have thing.
In the LiteSpeed restore Wizard, when we click on the checkboxes of what backup to restore, we cannot skip or not include the copy only full backups. When we select t-log backups that are listed under a different full copy only backup, it automatically unselects the t-log selections we had made earlier. (t-log backups organized under a different full copy-only backup). LiteSpeed should not be doing that. We ought to be able to pick and choose whatever t-logs we want to restore, and be free to not include the full copy only backup.
