Contacts are not migrating and there are no errors in the log.
Looking deeper into the log you notice to following entry:

A possible cause for this is the PABs where synced to the iNotes Directory and when attempting to migrate these the option "Migrate contacts from iNotes store" on the "Specify Data for Migration" screen was not selected.
Select the option "Migrate contacts from iNotes store" on the "Specify Data for Migration" screen and run the migration again and once completed check to see if the contacts have been migrated.
