Package spec custom file object type migrated to xxecs_dist/11.5.0/ when it should go to xxecs_dist/11.5.0/admin/sql
Description
When migrating package spec custom object type taking from working directory, the file always ended up in xxecs_dist/11.5.0/ when it should move to xxecs_dist/11.5.0/admin/sql
Cause
Working directory need to have subdirectory called admin/sql
Resolution
1. Create a subdirectory called admin/sql under the user working directory
2. Remove the object from the csr and re-add the object from working directory
