The following error occur when I try to test connect to our SMTP server:
Unable to test. Please verify that stat agent is running.
1. Verify that stat agent is up running by going to Tools | Agent status. If not, then startup the agent
OR
2. If the stat agent is up running, but this error still occur then test the command below from the stat agent machine machine:
Bring up command prompt (agent on windows) or logon to the Unix box (agent on Unix) and type in telnet enter_smtp_host 25
Press enter and see if you are getting any error.
