Unable to run Windows Mobile gathering task against an Exchagne 2007 server (4255677)

The following error may be received when trying to run a Windows Mobile Gathering task against an Exchange 2007 server:

The following error occurred while initializing the Exchange PowerShell snapin [Could not load file or assembly System.Management.Automation, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35 or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.].

When running a Windows Mobile Gathering task against an Exchange 2007 server Exchange Management Console 2007 SP1 must be installed on the Messagestats server.
