Agent is not sending any File System Auditing events to the Coordinator (4255656)

After installing an agent on a File Server and configure File System Auditing, there are no audited events sent to the Coordinator.

The FSService.nptlog may have errors similar to the following:

"Exception raised : HRESULT=0xE3B41C20Catastrophic failure
[EIP: 0xE3BC30DD,0xE3BCC40F] 0x8000FFFF, description = Catastrophic failure"

"Service initialization failed: Catastrophic failure
[EIP: 0xE09430DD,0xE094C40F] 0x8000FFFF"

"Failed due to unknown error"

1. Uninstall the agent from the File Server
2. Reboot the File Server
3. Delete the Agent folder (C:\Program Files\Quest\ChangeAuditor\Agent)
4. Install the agent again.
