Your search cannot be executed because the Archive Manager Search Service is starting -
Description
When initiating a text search from the Archive Manager web interface the following error appears:
"Your search cannot be executed because the Archive Manager Search Service is starting. Please wait a few minutes for the service to become available and try your search again."
If a search is initiated by email address or date range the search will be successful.

Cause
This issue can be caused if any of the Full Text Index partitions cannot be accessed or of the Full Text Index service has not been started. -
Resolution
Please ensure the Full Text Index service has been started and is running. Also review the Full Text Index log and ensure there are no errors with the Full Text Index service accessing any of the Index partitions. If any errors exist here you will need to resolve access to the partitions for the Full Text Index service before the Full Text Search error will cease.
