Error: The Specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0X8007007E)
When trying to run the setup wizard to create the QuestRepsitory.nsf you receive this error. -
Cause
Notes sometimes has problems reading the notes db location from the PATH Environmental Variable if the entry is near the end of the path

Resolution
Resolution:
1. Open System Porperties | Advanced Tab | Environmental Variables
2. Browse to the PATH Variable and click Edit
3. Find the entry that specifies the location of the Notes Database (this should be near the end) and move it closer to the beginning of the variable.
4. Log off and log back on
5. Launch the Console. this issue will be resolved
