I have added the request id string to tracking field and did a test. I sent out one mail to stat and a new CSR is created. I have included the request ID in the subject of the mail. The CSR got created but the TRACKING # field not reflected with the request ID that I added in body of the mail
I tested with following string in the mail body
Request ID: ###48398##
And expect it to be populated in the new CSR
Add Request ID: ###(\d*)## to the match regular expression drop down list. Now test the following string to see if it's successful:
Request ID: ###48398##
