For SQL 2005 servers... the reason that the import does not work is that the import option in Litespeed to use the .csv file is only for Litespeed 5.x. If you had a previous install of Litespeed 5.x and exported your servers from there... then the import function would work. Since the export was coming from Management Studio - this is why you are seeing the password column error. Litespeed does not support imports from other application (eg Management Studio)... only imports from Litespeed.
Fixed in Version 5.2 of LiteSpeed.
