Using Rapid recovery, the environment not available on the drop down list
Description
We are using the rapid recovery method to move the archive set, but when choose the target environment, the desired environment is not on the drop down list
Cause
The baseline was set at ps_version 8.51 when the target is at 8.53
Resolution
1. Go to Maintenance | General | Peoplesoft connect and make sure baseline for the csr is at the same pstools version as the target db.
2. Verify that archive set taken needs to be on the same pstools version as the target db.
