Need a script, which gives as a result the SQL Server instances which are "in" that repository database

Resolution
Query the QUEST_INSTANCE_DIM table in the repository schema/database to find which instances has their historical data stored in that repository:
select INSTANCE_KEY, HOST, INSTANCE_NAME from QUEST_INSTANCE_DIM
