On Server 2016 with the latest version of Outlook 2013 or 2016 the migration wizard hangs on "Select Destination Exchange Server" screen. -
Cause
Issue is due to code in Microsoft Outlook 2013 or 2016

Resolution
Resolution:
Latest Outlook 2016 build that includes the fix was released on July 25. It is labeled as Version 1807 (Build 10325.20082).
WORKAROUND:
Roll Outlook 2013 back prior to version 15.0.5031.1000.
