Unable to log into the Change Auditor Client after a new Change Auditor installation

Unable to log into the Change Auditor Client after a new Change Auditor installation. The following is displayed when attempting to login the Change Auditor Client:

"The user specified in the active connection profile is not a member of either the ChangeAuditor Administrators or ChangeAuditor Operators Roles."

However, the user specified when logging-in is a member of the ChangeAuditor Administrators or ChangeAuditor Operators group.

In rare circumstances, the Change Auditor Coordinator is unable to determine membership of the ChangeAuditor Administrators and ChangeAuditor Operators groups on first start-up.

Restart the Change Auditor Coordinator service.

If you still cannot login after restarting the Coordinator service review the ChangeAuditor.Service.exe.nptlog to ensure the GC the Coordinator is using has properly replicated the group membership of the ChangeAuditor groups. Search the log for the string: Using GC:

If a different GC needs to be used, please follow the instructions in the following KB to force the Coordinator and clients to use a specific GC:
