Problems installing CMN FreeBusy Connector (4254261)

During CMN FreeBusy installation getting the following error:

Required prerequisites not met:
Internet Information Services 8.0 (requires ASP.NET 4.0, W3SVC and IIS 6.0 Metabase Compatibility enabled)

IIS Component with IIS 6 Metabase Compatibility enabled component had been installed.

Cause 1:

ASP.NET Component may not register correctly in the IIS. Refer to resolution 1.

Cause 2:

Trying to install CMN FreeBusy component on the Windows 2012 R2. Refer to resolution 2.

Resolution 1:

Pre Windows 2012

From a command prompt run:

aspnet_regiis –i

For Windows 2012 Server

The Command line aspnet_regiis –i is not supported in Windows Server 2012. Uninstall and re-install ASP.NET 4.x and THEN run the following command:

dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:IIS-ASPNET45

Resolution 2:

CMN Component is not supported on Windows 2012 R2 up until version 3.5.1.139

From version 3.6.0.22 Windows Server 2012 R2 is supported.
