The MQ agent is not auto-discovering channels.
I am using WebSphere MQ 6. The agent connects as a member of the mqm group. The WebSphere MQ server is running (confirmed by dspmqcsv output).

Cause
The "dmpmqaut" command shows that the put permission is missing on the command queue.

RESOLUTION: Grant the put permission on the command queue for the foglight group
