1.      On a workstation with a Notes Client installed (normally use the NME console)

2.      In the line that "Original message:" copy notes:///8605734C224C9407//1663AE12345964AA86257BC900491234

3.      Open up an Internet Browser window and paste the notes:///8605734C224C9407//1663AE12345964AA86257BC900491234 in the address bar

• This should open up the message in the notes client

4.      Select File | Export and in Save as type: select Microsoft RTF and provide  a file name and click Export

5.      Open with WordPad and see the file

This should help determine what the actual issue is
