How to prepare a Notes to Exchange Directory Connector to affect a single user's Active Directory account.

Open the Coexistence Manager for Notes (CMN) Management Console.

Note: Make and modify a copy of the Directory Connector when using these steps to test or troubleshoot.

1. Locate the Notes to Exchange Directory Connector.
2. Right-click on the connector and select Advanced Settings.
3. Click the Users tab.
4. Click the Provision Filters tab.
5. Highlight the "mail" filter and click the Edit button.
6. Click Attribute button and then select the “mail” Attribute as the operand and click OK.
7. In the Specify Operation section select the Is(exactly) radio button.
8. In the Value box type the email address of the specific user.
9. Click Add and then OK.
10. Repeat the steps above for the "mail2" filter.
11. Repeat for Update Filters Tab if required.
12. Save, Activate, and Run the connector.
