Getting "ORA-00911: invalid character" when trying to clone user
Description

Getting the error "ORA-00911: invalid character" when trying to clone/copy user with password using special character like
TR59V8!;AEq.Yx*7J^ . However, if I right click on a user and select Alter, change enter the same password, it would work fine. This should be consistence.
